Carli Windsor, co-founder & head floral designer comes from a brand and concept design background. She is also the owner of The French Market; a gourmet French Café in Rumson, NJ. Carli’s drive ultimately is to create spaces or pieces that communicate the unspeakable joy, that “je ne sais quoi” that lies quietly beneath the surface waiting to be coaxed out by just the right atmosphere or ambiance. Whether the language is floral or design she strives always to create an elevated experience that has become the hallmark of her work.

Paige Lacina, a creative assistant, and stylist has been in the event industry for the past 5 years.  Paige specializes in floral design and event decor. She brings a fresh sense of style and vision that she is notably superior in our industry.

Nicole Oppelt, co-founder & event director comes from an event planning and design background. She is also the owner of NE Occasion and Dovetail Vintage Rentals. Nicole has a passion for creativity, event design, and service. She is a natural in the event industry. Her warm and enthusiastic personality, along with flawless precision and attention to detail, has helped contribute to her success.
